2. Biometric Validation – Facial verification of attendance

Use facial recognition and biometric checks to validate attendance. The system captures a live image or matches against stored profiles to prevent buddy-punching and ensure authenticity.

 

3. Real-time Tracking – GPS verification

Verify on-site presence with GPS-based checks. Attendance can only be confirmed when the participant's device reports location within allowed geofenced areas. Logs include coordinates and timestamps for auditability.

 

4. Statistics – Analyse attendance data in real-time

View dashboards with live statistics: total attendees, daily averages, attendance trends, punctuality metrics, and man-hours. Apply filters by site, team, or session and export charts for presentations.
